3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- Restricting access to your computer or account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Submit URLs for websites you don't own or have authorization to manage
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit malicious, spammy, or harmful content
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse API quotas
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

5. Domain Verification
You must verify ownership of any domain before using our Service to submit URLs for that domain. Verification methods include:
- DNS TXT record verification
- HTML file upload verification
- Google Search Console verification
Submitting URLs for unverified domains may result in immediate account termination.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan
- Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
7. API Credentials & Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party APIs (Google, Bing). When you provide credentials:
- You are responsible for creating and managing your own API credentials
- You grant us permission to use these credentials solely to provide the Service
- You remain subject to the terms of service of those third-party providers
- We store credentials encrypted and never share them
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
- Third-party API downtime or changes
- Factors beyond our reasonable control
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IndexingNow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexingNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Search engine ranking changes
- Indexing delays or failures
- Third-party API changes or discontinuation
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- We may delete your data after 30 days
- You remain liable for any outstanding fees
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
