This policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased directly through IndexingNow.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if:

  • It's your first time subscribing to IndexingNow
  • The refund is requested within 7 days of payment
  • You haven't previously received a refund from us

To request a refund, simply email us at support@indexingnow.net with your account email.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after subscription ends

Note: Cancellation is not a refund request. Partial month refunds are not provided for cancellations outside the 7-day window.

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund available
  • After 7 days: Prorated refund may be available on a case-by-case basis
  • Contact support to discuss your situation

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or heavily discounted subscriptions (unless stated otherwise)
  • Previously refunded accounts
  • Add-on purchases or one-time fees (after delivery)

7. Service Interruptions

If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for:

  • Service credit for the affected period
  • Subscription extension
  • Partial refund (for extended outages)

Please contact support for service credits related to outages.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback:

  • May result in immediate account suspension
  • Will extend the resolution time significantly
  • Can affect your ability to use our service in the future
